( I ) PHILOSOPHY OF MINISTRY

A. Mission
Our mission is to mobilize the local church that it will be fruitful in the task of
raising men and women as ambassadors of Christ, who would cross cultures to
persuade men and women to be reconciled to God.

Therefore we make it our aim, whether present or absent,
to be well pleasing to Him. For we must all appear before the judgment
seat of Christ, that each one may receive the things done in the body,
according to what he has done, whether good or bad.
Knowing, therefore, the terror of the Lord,
we persuaded men; but we are well known to God,
and I also trust are well known in your consciences.
...For the love of Christ compels us,
because we judge thus:
that if One died for all, then all died;
and He died for all, that those who live no longer for themselves,
but for Him who died for them and rose again.
...Now all things are of God,
who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ,
and has given us the ministry of reconciliation.
Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ,
as though God were pleading through us: we implore you on
Christ's behalf, be reconciled to God.
For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us,
that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.

2 Corinthians 5:9-11, 14, 15, 18-21

B. Our Vision
We believe that the Lord wants us to be a “missionary-growing church,”
committed to the sending of missionaries, raising of senders and planting of
sodalities, under the guidance and the power of the Holy Spirit, for the aim of
     discipling nations.

C. Our Strategies
We plan to achieve this vision by means of the following strategies:
    1. Discipleship (formal, informal and non-formal).
Discipling professionals, skilled people, businesspersons, students,
homemakers, senior citizens and children in missions.
    2. Training
        a) Training for the development of character, skills and spiritual disciplines
        b) Training in missiology
    3. Networking
Working together with Bible Colleges, Mission Agencies, Churches, Private
        and Public Organisations.
    4. Membercare
        a) Caring for our missionaries in their pre-field, on-field and re-entry phases.
        b) Mobilising and enlisting small groups to be senders that can provide moral,
logistic, communication, prayer, financial and re-entry support.
    5. Intercession
        a) Establishing a strong intercessory base through weekly intercession.
        b) Gaining a “place of intercession” for the release of workers into the harvest
field and the planting of sodalities.
